Tetsuya Wakuda is one of our favourite chefs. Originally from Japan, he settled in Australia and drifted into cooking.
He soon realised that he loved the profession and eventually opened his own restaurant serving a unique style of food that is grounded in the traditions of both France and Japan.
His book gives the reader an insight into one of the world's most interesting chefs.
