For the past twenty years Patricia Wells and her husband Walter have maintained their country retreat Chanteduc near the delightful village of Vaison-la-Romaine in the Vaucluse area of Provence.
Ms Wells is a prolific author and food writer. Her columns in the International Herald Tribune were compulsory reading for a legion of food lovers for many years.
She has authored many books including the famous Food Lover's Guide to Paris.
