Mollie Katzen was one of the founders of the Moosewood Restaurant in Ithaca, New York. The fabulously successful cookbook that she wrote (literally) and illustrated sold over 1 million copies in the first ten years due to its quirky appearance and wonderful recipes.
She also has been the host of Mollie Katzen's Cooking Show.
