Adria is the mastermind behind the enormously successful El Bulli restaurant in Northern Spain. His restless mind conjurs up incredible food combinations that create discussions and controversy among foodies throughout the world. He floats above crass discussions of the merits of molecular gastronomy and defines his own approach to cuisine.
However, based on our experience eating at his restaurant we believe that he has a lot to offer and his book is well worth reading and absorbing to better understand what this brilliant chef is trying to achieve.
