Dorrie Greenspan

Dorrie Greenspan is a prolific author. She often collaborates with famous chefs (for example, Daniel Boulud) although she has authored a number of books herself.

This time she has worked with Parisian patissiere Pierre Hermé to produce a delightful book revealing the secrets of his desserts. And she could not have picked a more skillful and adept artist in the field!
