The Food Lovers' Cookbook Collection
Alice Waters was one of the co-founders of the legendary Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California, one of our favourite restaurants. We first visited this restaurant in the mid-eighties and were entranced by the simplicity of the food and the complexity of what went into putting such simple food on the plate.
She has published many books and other writings and has deeply influenced an entire generation of chefs.
