Headlam Farm is a producer of lambs and asparagus in the north of the state near Pipers Brook. Here Lucy and Philip Headlam farm nearly 200 hectares of land in a sustainable and sympathetic way that ensures that they do not need to spray the asparagus with systemic sprays. Their produce can be sourced at the Harvest Market in Launceston on Saturday mornings and sometimes at the Hill Street Grocer in West Hobart.
