Coustellet market, held every Sunday, is one of our favourites. It is held in the car park behind Maison Guion. The market is not large but most of the produce is local and it is frequented by locals who know that there is very good produce available.
We usually go to this market every Sunday that we are staying in Vaucluse because it is a barometer for what is coming into season.
Note that you might see it referred to as the Maubec market because that is the nearest 'official' town - Coustellet is only a 'hameau'. However the market is really at Coustellet!
On our most recent trip to this market we bought some quail of excellent quality from a stand operated by Volailles de Cure Bourse from the route d'Apt in nearby Lagnes.
