Springfield Deer Farm is a long established venison producer with a large herd of deer numbering over 500. It is run by Jim and Marilyn Vaughan and can be found just off the road from Deloraine to Mole Creek. They produce a variety of value added deer products including venison ham and salami, venison sausages and venison burgers as well a straight cuts of venison meat.We have seen their products at the small Deloraine market which is held on the first Saturday of the month.
