The lettering on the windows of this iconic Île Saint-Louis establishment pronounces Glaces et Sorbets. This is masterful understatement. They would be justified in using many superlatives as well! The glaces are milk or cream based and the sorbets are pure fruit.People flock here from all over the world to savour the magical ice creams that have been produced here. One of the reasons why we like their ice creams so much is that they do not use anything nasty in their products. They are chemical free and stabiliser free so what you are eating is pure and intensely flavourful. We love the wild strawberry but there are many other flavours we have enjoyed including the melon and the peach and, of course, the insanely rich chocolate.Métro: Sully-Morland or Pont Marie
