Made in Italy: Food and Stories by Giorgio Locatelli is a serious book with many exciting recipes that are a joy to explore. This cookbook is a must for food lovers with a passion for Italian dishes.
We also enjoyed the food stories that are dotted throughout the book, including the poignancy of the story about his time spent cooking in Paris.
This is more than just a 'celebrity chef' book. It is more in the genre of a serious attempt to document the ideas and methods that the chef uses to produce the food for which he has become famous.
