Domaine de la Mordoree Lirac La Dame Rousee is a beautifully-structured red wine of some elegance. It exhibits mature berry aromas alongside 'cigar-box' and spices. It has a lingering finish and fine tannins.
Because the wine is produced in the lesser known Lirac appellation it does not demand the same price as its close neighbours Chateauneuf-du-Pape where Christophe Delorme also maintains vineyards and produces a fine example of a red wine under that appellation.
The wines from this domaine are produced using biodynamic vineyard management.
