Yaxley Estate is a small, but well-established vineyard on Tasmania's East Coast. It is not a big player with only 2 hectares planted, but the wines that are crafted from the grapes produced here means that it punches above its weight. And there is another reason why we like it. It has become certified organic.We just love the Pinot Gris which we believe is one of the best examples of this genre produced in the state.
