The Huet Vouvray Petillant Brut is a sparkling wine from the Loire Valley that could easily be mistaken for a Champagne. It has all the characteristics associated with good champagne - aromas of bread, pears, apples and spices, a fine bead, well-developed fruit flavours and a long finish!
The vines are tended using biodynamic principles and the grapes are harvested by hand.
