The A&M Quenard Petillant de Savoie (made by Andre and Michel Quenard) is a very light, low alcohol, fresh sparkling wine with a very fine bead and a refreshing finish.
It makes for a perfect aperitif wine sitting on a terrace in the sunshine while considering the meal ahead.
There has been a lot of focus on the Cremant style of wine from the non-Champagne regions of France with savvy buyers seeking out Crémant d'Alsace, Crémant de Bordeaux, Crémant de Bourgogne, Crémant de Die, Crémant de Limoux, Crémant de Loire and Crémant du Jura. However there will also be an upsurge in interest for clean, fresh, well-made wines of this style.
