Satsivi is a walnut sauce originating in Georgia that is delicious with a variety of chicken and fish dishes. It is made by pounding walnuts with garlic and paprika and seasoning the mixture with ground coriander, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and salt. The sauce is bound with a mixture of cream and pomegranate juice.
