Anjou-Gamay is a wine appellation in the Loire Valley region of France which is a sub-appellation of the 150 communes that are entitled to use the Anjou appellation. It is here that enthusiastic winemaker Claude Papin of Chateau Pierre-Bise crafts some very interesting wines including his Anjou-Gamay made from the Gamay grape.
