Bourgogne Cotes du Couchois is a wine appellation in the Burgundy region of France where both red and white wines are produced around the village of Couches which lies to the west of Bouzeron. It is an often forgotten appellation of Burgundy but some excellent wines are produced here.
Try the wines of Alain and Isabelle Hasard from this appellation for a special treat especially their organic Les Champs de l'Abbaye Le Clos Cotes du Couchois.
