A Pig in Provence is a delightful book recounting the food experiences of Georgeanne Brennan at her family farm in Provence in southern France.
The book examines one of our favourite cuisines as well as recounting the author's adventures exploring the food and geographical delights of the region.
The recipe for braised pork shoulder slow cooked with mustard and capers is a winner!
