Antech is a domaine in South West France that produces a very fine, good-valued Blanquette de Limoux which is a Champagne-style sparkling wine made primarily from the Mauzac grape that is native to the Limoux area.
It exhibits a very fine bead and even those toasty characteristics of a Champagne.
