Jean Boyer Sauvage is a long-time favourite that is made with skill and attention to detail. It packs enormous flavour and aroma and has a rounded mouth-feel with spicy and herbaceous backnotes and a long, lingering finish.
It is relatively easy to locate this pastis in France and it is distributed widely in the United States and Australia.
