The Dorigo Ribolla Gialla is a fine, acidic white wine made from the ancient Ribolla Gialla grape that is native to the Friuli region of north east Italy and to neighbouring Slovenia. It displays a golden-yellow colour, bursts with lemon flavours and is bound with a mineral-steel backbone. A lovely wine to accompany seafood, but is worth seeking out for the ancient grape variety used in the production of this wine.
