The spices are better than most and fresher than most.We love taking the short journey to Herbie's Spice store at Rozelle. A short drive across the new Piermont bridge and you are there.Whenever we run out of a spice or some other exotic ingredient such as asafoetida this is where we head for. You can, for example, always be assured of obtaining cinnamon quills as opposed to cassia bark if that is what you are looking for.
