Domaine Philippe Delesvaux has been granted organic status for his biodynamically managed vineyard. His vineyard can be found in the Saint-Aubin-de-Luigne municipality in the Maine-et-Loire département in the Loire Valley.
In particular, we are interested in the rich, intense Coteaux de Layon Selections de Grains Nobles dessert wine that is being favourably noticed everywhere it is served. The wines are vinified from grapes affected with noble rot.
The colour of this wine is suitably golden and the aroma reminds you of apricots mixed with exotic spices and maybe some citrus. The finish is unbelievably long.
