Auberge de la Loube is where we had the giant hors d'oeuvre called grande aioli involving 17 small dishes including quail eggs, beetroot, cauliflower, octopus, eggplant, artichokes, confit onions, lentils etc and the broufade de taureau. We also had a bottle of the Chateau la Canorgue Cotes du Luberon Rose Earl Mangan in the distinctive blue bottle.
