Joe Grilli's premium wines are marketed under the Joseph label. However, don't be deterred by the fact that this wine is labelled as Primo Estate. He doesn't make bad wine and this one is particularly interesting. It is made from 100% Colombard - a grape that is decried by many writers. However, on a warm summer's day your first sip of this delectable wine will convince you of its worth as you detect hints of restrained passionfruit and lychees and enjoy the fruit balanced with a core of good acid.
