You have to be very patient if you want to like this restaurant. There are many reasons to like it - the new chef is talented, the food is excellent, the prices are reasonable and the waiting staff work extremely hard. However, on the night we were there the place was totally out of control. People waited a long time for their tables, food took too long to arrive and too much time was taken in turning over the tables rather than attending to those already there. However, we persevered and the results were worth it. A boudin noir was one of the best we have ever had, the bread was excellent, the pork terrine as light as air and the veal cooked perfectly. If they put on more waiting staff this place would be one of the best bistros in Paris.Metro: Alesia
