ILoveCheese is an imaginative and informative Web site that provides the reader with a lot of well-written information about cheeses throughout the world.It contains many detailed articles about the manufacture and ageing of cheese as well as details on all of the important cheeses such as Parmesan, Roquefort, Gruyere, Assiago and many more.We learned quite a bit about cheese by perusing this site. For example, we knew that some good cheeses such as Castelo Branco and Serra da Estrela are produced in Portugal, but we hadn't experienced Azeito cheese and certainly didn't know that thistle flower is used instead of animal rennet in its manufacture!
