Ottolenghi: The Cookbook is a beautiful book full of delicious recipes that you immediately want to try out. Authored by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi (Yotam is an Israeli and Sami a Palestinian who both now live in London) the book is a compendium of some 140 recipes divided among vegetables (including sections on eggplant, greens and root vegetables), meat and fish, baking and patisserie and a final section on tips for your larder.
