Oliver and Fiona Stocker run Wessex Saddleback and Berkshire pigs on their small five acre property in the picturesque Tamar Valley. They produce value added products such as bacon, nitrate-free ham, chorizo as well as pork sausages. They sometimes sell their products at the Harvest Market in Launceston.
We have seen their Suffolk Cure Bacon (which is cured in ale and then smoked) at Davies Grand Central in Launceston.
