Damien and Lillian Reardon raise Berkshire pigs without the use of hormones or antibiotics and allow the animals to range freely to ensure they are able to offer ethically produced, certified free-range, high quality products.
You can find their products at Vermey's in Sandy Bay and at the Wursthaus Kitchen in Salamanca. We love the pork shoulders they produce. They have just the right proportion of very good fat which makes the resultant roasts light, succulent and very tasty.
