Urban Bounty Kitchen has a public face at Hobart's Farm Gate Market where Nick Cummins' delicious sausage rolls and samosas are eagerly sought-after by market goers. For sausage rolls you can choose from free-range pork, quince and fresh apple or free-range pork spiced with garlic and pepper berry or a dorper lamb option with berbere spice. We find all of them delicious. The samosa is a vegetarian option with potato, pea and whole spice.
