On our most recent trip to Paris we were somewhat disappointed with the cheese shops. We were shocked to see all the shops now wrap their cheeses in plastic - presumably in response to some absurd European law.However, at this lovely store in the 7th the cheese is treated with care and skill and is not wrapped in flavour-destroying plastic.We found some very high-quality Roquefort, a great Saint Marcellin and a wonderful Vacherin. Whatever you are looking for it is worth a visit to this great store.On a visit in 2011 we were very impressed by the quality of the cheeses in the store.
