Victor Churchill has been cataputed int te top echelons of food stores immediately on opening. This designer butcher is the sort of place we dream of. The salt wall, the dry ageing beef, the charcuterie, the lardo, the roasts. They all tantalise our taste buds.We were also impressed on our recent visit by the prices. Despite the location, the length of time the meat hangs and the quallity of the ingredients, the prices represent good value for money.We were very impressed by the marbled wagyu beef from David Blackmore that we saw and the Berkshire pork cuts.
