The retail shop at the Barilla Bay Oyster Farm is a perfect place to stock up on fresh seafood and iconic Tasmanian products ranging from jars of honey, to cool-climate wines to jams made from fresh Tasmanian berries. It is also one of the best places in Tasmania to find a reliable, fresh supply of both opened and unopened oysters.Over the past two years they have expanded their range of other products to the point that it is now a compulsory stop for people on their way to east coast shacks so that they can stock up mon the necessities of life such as smoked octopus, fresh oysters, smoked salmon etc. They stock a good range of Wusthaus products including smoked trout, smoked chicken and smoked quail.
