Deli Central & Café is a small, pleasant delicatessen and café in the centre of the sleepy north west town of Ulverstone.You can go here to buy standard deli lines such as ham or smoked salmon or you can buy pre-prepared meals to take-away. They also serve a reasonably good Genovese coffee.They stock some iconic Tasmanian products such as the smoked trout from 41 degrees South and a few Tasmanian wines. Also have a look at the small range of cookbooks. We have seen Ad Hoc At Home by Thomas Keller, Stephanie Alexander's Kitchen Garden cookbook and Rotis by Reynaud (author of the famous Pork & Sons).
