La Cave du Bouffart is a treasure trove of interesting wines right in the centre of the tourist area around the imposing Palais de Papes in Avignon.In this small store in a laneway opposite the Palais de Papes, you'll find a heady selection of Châteauneuf-du-Pape superstars, as well as wines such as Château Simone from the tiny Palette appellation and sought after Vin de Pays like Domaine de Trevallon and Grange de Pères.
