Tasmania is a triangle and Cape Grim is the left top vertex of the triangle. Here the rain drops from clouds driven by winds that have blown unobstructed from South America (if you sail due west from Tasmania the first land you reach is Patagonia). The rain drops onto industrial grade polypropylene, is collected and sent to nearby Stanley where it is bottled in glass rather than the cheaper plastic option.
It is labelled with a rather quaint, old-fashioned label before being sent to grace the tables of some very smart restaurants and hotels interstate and overseas and on airlines such as Qantas.
