Situated in the parkland gardens of the Hiba estate on Bruny Island this is a great place to visit when on the island.Micheal Carnes is not only a skilled chef, he also understands the concept of quality therefore whatever he makes is of a standard that is world class. And so it is with his fudge, chocolate truffles and other sweet products that are available here.
