The Italian Pantry has a good selection of Italian products such as dried pasta, proscuitto, Parmesan cheese, fresh ricotta, good olive oils and some Italian wines.They also stock the wonderful Ferrarelle mineral water which causes us to ignore 'food miles' because it is SO good.The cheese room they have installed is Hobart's best. The cheese is maintained at a good temperature and the range of cheese available is sufficiently interesting to draw us back here on a regular basis.The café serves good coffee. It is operated by Matt Rao and John Serra.
