Pasha's restaurant serves fresh, tasty, expertly-prepared food at reasonable prices. This is a great place for sharing food with friends.Everyone who goes here starts with the wonderful, freshly-baked Turkish bread and the platter of dips which might include spinach, eggplant, carrot or houmus. Another winner is the oven baked eggplant. It is also worth trying one of the antep begendi variants (we have tried it with fresh trevalla). You should accompany this with a Turkish salad which is dominated by pieces of fresh tomato and lots and lots of parsley. The boreks are also popular and very good. Try the Ispanaldi which is filled with spinach and fetta or the Talas which includes lamb, vegetables and red peppers.Another dish we love is the Pirzola which are the most succulent lamb chops served with buttered rice. But it doesn't really matter what you order because all the food is freshly prepared and full of flavour. The restaurant also does a good trade in takeaways.
