The Cupping Room is both a coffee roaster (supplying Oomph Coffee outlets and others) and a café serving very fresh coffee. The baristas here know how to make their coffee and usually turn out a cup that is full of flavour yet not overly bitter. However it can depend on which barista is at the machine and how well the roasting went. The food is less impressive.
