Nishino is a very good Japanese restaurant (possibly the best in Seattle) serving snappingly fresh sashimi and sushi in the moriawase as well as the standard array of Japanese dishes such as oshitashi, mirugai and nasu dengaku. Service can be a bit slow and you may have to wait for a table if you haven't booked. The seats at the sushi bar are very popular.
