Hotel 1929 is the perfect base for you to explore the delights of Singapore's Chinatown. It is a funky, quirky, comfortable and enjoyable establishment with excellent staff who go out of their way to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one.The fittings in the rooms are of the best quality but you need to be aware that the standard rooms are quite small - this is compensated by the very reasonable prices charged for these rooms.Every room has one or more very quirky chairs from the owner's collection.The hotel is only a very short walk from the revitalised Chinatown Complex where some of the best hawkers stalls in the city can now be found.The same group has another hotel nearby in Bukit Pasoh Road called the New Majestic Hotel.
