Most people drop in to the Grand Central Oyster Bar and Restaurant for one of the best selections of oysters that you are likely to find anywhere (and a reasonable wine selection too). We like the oysters a lot but the thing that has won us over is the cured salmon called Balik. The salmon is marinated in brine then smoked quickly at a higher temperature than normal. The result is an interesting flavour and lovely texture.Anyway you should visit just to experience the building!
