Summer Palace is a cool, slick Cantonese restaurant in the Regent hotel. The service is very efficient. The food is cooked with skill and attention to detail. You can enjoy a range of experiences here. For example you can drop in for a very good selection of dim sum at lunch time or you can splurge on a major meal including their signature lobster sashimi followed by lobster noodle soup.

We particularly enjoyed our double-boiled bamboo pith soup.
