Spring is now firmly established as one of the better restaurants in Paris. It is situated in a convenient location in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. The restaurant is a delightful space and if you are seated at street level you can watch the chefs go about their work in the open kitchen. The lively atmosphere has delighted diners enabling them to enjoy the precise and flavoursome dishes of chef Daniel Rose and his team.
Our meals at Spring have always been enjoyable. We have also enjoyed some great wines at this restaurant including the delicious Ulysse Collin Blanc de Blanc champagne, the elegant Antoine Arena Patrimonio Carco Vermentinu (Vermentino) and an amazingly lively Breton Bourgueil made in 1993 (who said natural wines don't last!).
