Pecorino is a white wine grape that has been revived in the Abruzzi region of Italy and also the neighbouring Marches region where there is a specific appellation called Offida Pecorino given to the production of wines from the Pecorino grape. Try the very interesting example produced by the Farnese winery, the Farnese Pecorino Casale Vecchio. Try also the Tenuta Cocci Grifoni Offida Pecorino Podere Colle Vecchio. Offida Pecorino is an appellation in the Marches region on the east coast of Italy and Tenuta Cocci Grifoni si the producer.
