This wonderful wine made from the trendy Gruner Veltliner grape shows the results of careful vineyard management and patient winemaking.His Hohenberg vineyard sees the vines digging their roots into limestone-rich morainal soil from the last ice age. This gives rise to pronounced mineral flavours and an appealing fullness and length that is characteristic of this grape.Try it with Asian food.
