This site contains a fairly comprehensive history of tea ranging from the work of Shen Nong through to the writings of Lu Yu (who wrote Ch'a Ching) through to its introduction to Europe and then America.There are also useful descriptions of tea types and cultivation.The layout of the pages is a bit annoying with the text being too wide to read comfortably, however the basic information is good.
